sorry i havent posted, i filmed this vid the same time as the previous one, but i mentioned in that vid that i struggle with inflammation in my right hands fingers. unfortunately it got worse and had to get a steroid shot yesterday in a hospital, still recovering. thats why i couldt even edit the vid and couldnt filmed since. i hope the injection and pills start working soon, writing this with my left hands help lol just wanted to say if you are doing home office make sure you dont pressure any joints, because it can have some long term effects, never too late to change it^^ i have this issue for years since im working my office job from home, and the cause is the pressure i apply with my sitting position. i sit at the kitchen table, which is too high for me, and i always have my right hand on the mouse in an angular way, which is not healthy. i will change the workstation setup, i hope it will help. please make sure you sit correctly most of the time and take enough rest ^^ long story that was... hope you enjoy the vid ^^ also ty for 20k you are so and beyond lovely 🤍🤍 cant wait to film the q&a special 🤍🤍 My ultimate goal is for everyone who happens to see this video is that you feel welcomed, you feel the warmth, you feel cared for in your heart, because everyone deserves love, caring and friendship (and so much more)..I hope i can bring a piece of tranquality into your day whenever you are watching/reading this :) (If you would like to support me and buy me a coffee I cannot thank you enough, it is truly the kindest.
