Guided Relaxation: Sunset at the Beach (ASMR)

This was a spur of the moment video I did a few days ago when we didn't have power. I was sitting in the dark, and thought "why not?" When I was younger, I used to listen to a cassette tape for stress management. It featured a male voice who talked about the colors of the rainbow. He used repetition of phrases, and I remember it being really effective---so I drew upon that experience. I didn't have a script since this was off the cuff, but I hope you enjoy it anyway.
