Hello Love, I hope this letter finds you well. Today I'm writing to you to ask to do some calming exercises with me. I've been feeling the weight of stress lately, and having someone to do these exercises with me will actually get me to do them. Deep breaths and counting really go a long way, and the asmr that comes with whispers and face touching should help us both relax enough to fall asleep tonight. Also, enjoy the layered sounds of the hair playing and face massage, to help add some realism and asmr to our experience. (Shout out to my husband for being my hair playing prop.)
