Relax as I use a fountain pen to draw a catfish and along the way I'll tell you a few things about catfish. You'll amaze your friends at your next dinner party with your knowledge of catfish and catfish fishing (be sure to serve catfish so that you will have a natural segue into the topic). I'm not an artist, so please be kind in your comments lol:) Update: Though I recognize that I’m not an artist, There have been a few comments about me tracing and I don't know if it is being implied that I didn't draw the fish or not, but let me explain the process as I remember it, for it has been a while since I made the video. Only fountain pens were to be featured in the video, so as I recall, prior to dragging the camera out, I first sketched the rough shape of the fish using pencil, then used a black marker over the pencil so that it would show through the clean sheet of paper on which I would do the final drawing for the video. In the video I used the fountain pen to trace the rough shape of the fish and then made up the details as the camera continued to roll. Hope this clears up any confusion or misconceptions. The pens used in this video were a Noodler's Ahab flex-nib fountain pen in Green Bay Green color, and a Noodler's Nib Creaper flex-nib fountain pen in Cardinal Darkness color. The ink used was Noodler's Black. http://noodlersink.com/
