ASMR Binaural Affirmations & Personal Attention For Feeling Better, Tingles, Relaxation, & Sleep

Hello everyone! This ASMR video features: Ear to ear soft speaking and whispering, up close personal attention, and slow hand movements. You might notice this video is a bit different from my others. I had to shoot it in a small space with limited lighting, and in the final product I looked like a mixture of Severus Snape and the girl from The Ring. So instead of deleting the visuals and giving you solely audio, I tweaked the visuals and dimmed them. I know it's not the best looking video around town, but I wanted to make sure you could see me without the lighting making you think Snape was going to come out of your computer. I originally shot this video as a Woo type of thing, where I had layers of sounds, and two versions of me in it---and as I was editing, I felt like the message got lost. A fellow ASMRtist had a really rough week, and I wanted to do this for everyone who is struggling. So I took myself out of my comfort zone, and was just me for the video (I like to be other people, or hide behind a "trigger shield" when I do vids). It may look and feel silly, but I hope it works for your ASMR and making you a little happier these days. Happy Viewing!
