Welcome back to our channel family! If you're new here, I want to welcome you to our little family. We sound like a cult, because we probably are. Tonight’s video was a requested video, a “get unready with me” type bit.. I did it a bit different though. Instead of doing it at my house, I did it at moms, since her house is my “safe space” when I’m feeling depressed. I’ve been really going through it lately so I thought I’d do this and talk a bit about what I do to “settle down” during a depressive episode. I don’t talk much in this video, maybe three times for a minute straight.. but other than that I made sure to focus on the sounds. I hope this maybe sheds some light on how I get unready on certain nights.. and maybe these things can help you too! (Lavender bath bombs, face wash, sleep, etc).. so please!
