The soup is called "Change of Season Soup", and it has helped me boost my immune system and fight off a cold this season. *Wear Headphones* Video inspired by @Gentle Whispering ASMR RECIPE Astragalus – 4 sticks, 15 cm long Codonopsis – 3 sticks, 10 cm long Dry ginger – 1 tbsp Chinese wild yam – 2 sticks, 5 cm long Goji berries – 3 tbsp 1 cinnamon stick 5 cloves 5-10 peppercorns Combine the ingredients above with 15 cups of water. Bring to a boil, then simmer for 1 hour. Remove the ingredients from the pot with a slotted spoon except the goji berries, ginger, and black peppercorn. 1⁄2 C thinly sliced carrot 1⁄2 C chopped celery 1 C chopped bok choy 1⁄2 C chopped onions Add these vegetables and any others you enjoy and simmer for another 20 minutes.
