Disclaimer: if you are going to consume raw cookie dough make sure the mixture does not contain eggs and that the flour has been heat treated. That way, you should avoid risk of bacterial infection. Note: I used this recipe as a base for all three types of cookie dough - switching out the add-ins and including cocoa powder for the brownie version. (You will have to reduce the amount of flour to add the cocoa powder – I went with a little less than half cocoa powder to flour.)
