Hi everyone and Welcome or Welcome back to my channel! I hope you all are doing fine 🥰 In this 3rd episode of my ASMR Podcast I'm rambling about my own ASMR story and my life long companion, Insomnia. I'm talking about some of the things that have helped me fall asleep a little easier, but please note that I'm not a healthcare professional, and so I can't guarantee that any of my advice is going to work for you. Please consult a doctor if you're struggling with sleep problems or insomnia. I hope you're going to enjoy the video 🥰 Thanks for watching ❤️ and THANK YOU ALL for 5k SUBS, you guys are amazing 😍 (I never thought we'd ever get this far) and in case you don't know what ASMR is: ASMR (Autonomous Sensory Meridian Response) is a physical sensation characterized by a pleasurable tingling that typically begins on the scalp and often moves down the back of the neck and upper spine. You might be one of those people who experience this sensation regularly, but maybe had no idea that there was a name for it.
