DON'T follow my instructions ASMR

Before I ask you to not follow my instructions, I just want to ask you to spare a thought for us UK-based ASMRtists in the bonkers heat this week. We don't have A/C here and we don't like noisy things like fans in our videos. I see those who film on a similar schedule to me. We are outright glistening!! But enough about the heat (which I'm told isn't over yet). Rather than following my instructions, do your best to NOT follow them. It's trickier than it sounds. Don't follow my hands, or the lights, or count with me, or identify colours. Literally do anything else. I'll help you along the way with gentle reminders!
