ASMR REIKI for courage to change 🦋

Hi beautiful human! This is an ASMR Reiki style video with the intention to feel more trust and faith in that we are safe and supported on our journey through life. Sometimes life can feel so uncertain and I find that practicing being in the moment and having faith that everything will be ok and that the universe has our back can make one more able to deal with this uncertainty. We have all it takes to manage the uncertainty in life and we just have to focus on doing the next right thing. ("next right thing" is a great song from frozen 2 movie by the way ;) ). The video is in soft spoken and deep tone of voice - the video also includes personal attention, comforting words, follow the light-triggers, hand sounds, finger fluttering, hypnotic hand movements and more.
