Hello everyone!) In this video I will tell you how I shoot ASMR videos. I hope you will find it interesting. I did not say anything about editing. Editing takes from two to 4-5 hours. For example, this video was edited for 4 hours. Enjoy watching everyone!!! ASMR is an autonomous sensory meridian response (English Autonomous sensory meridian response, ASMR) is a neologism denoting a phenomenon of perception, characterized by a pleasant tingling sensation in the back of the head, spreading in the form of goosebumps along the skin of the neck and back to the limbs. ASMR sensations are caused by auditory, visual, tactile or cognitive stimuli. The nature of the ASMR phenomenon is still unclear and has no scientific explanation. According to Tom Stafford, a lecturer at the University of Sheffield, “it is quite possible that this phenomenon really exists, but by its nature it is difficult to study.” However, despite the little-known phenomenon in scientific circles, many people watch large amounts of ASMR content on YouTube every day, where a large and stable community of people producing and consuming ASMR content has formed and continues to grow over the past few years. According to viewers of such videos, they experience an ASMR-pleasure effect from watching them, and these videos also help them cope with anxiety, panic attacks, relax and fall asleep.
