Hi my hungry dinosaurs, it's food again! Today I'm having green rice! But we don't need artificial colors for that, we stick with avocado! ;) If you mash ripe avocados you will get a rich and creamy sauce that only needs a few spices to make it a legit sauce. :D Lime juice does not only prevent the avocado from browning, it also tastes amazing in this sauce! I can definitely recommend this amazing avocado lime rice! So refreshing in summer but still filling. 😻 Have you tried an avocado sauce with rice or pasta before?
