Inspiration comes from all kinds of places- but this video was certainly out of my normal process! I was recently going through my vintage collection looking for something a friend had asked to borrow. When I came across these gloves not only was I so pleased that they looked great, the whole video idea suddenly came to me. They’re such romantic sheer gloves, I was struck with a vision of a fancy boutique where everything is handled with care. Within an instant my mind was a flurry of images and I started to put this little set together. It’s kind of nice when you have a specific idea in mind and then try to make it come as close to life as you can. It's like a vignette that lives in my mind that I try to paint with objects... okay, am I losing you here? I'm even boring myself. I guess that's good for ASMR too!
