Lamy Al-Star ASMR

Join me as I look over my newest fountain pen, a Lamy Al-Star with 1.5mm italic nib. This is my first italic nib fountain pen, so relax as I unbox, inspect, ink, and finally test write the pen. This aluminum beauty can be purchased anywhere Lamy pens are sold for less than $45. I suggest that you buy the optional Z24 Lamy converter at the same time so that you can easily use bottled ink. The cost of the converter is only a few dollars. The color of the pen in this video is called Ocean Blue and the ink used in this video is Noodler's Baystate Blue. Though this video contains elements of a review video, it was created primarily as a relaxation video so please keep that in mind when watching.
