This was a quick and impromptu video. It doesnt look aesthetically pleasing, or sound that great - but sometimes it's probably a good idea for me to just throw out a quicky here and there! The sensation can be triggered by personal attention, tutorials, sounds etc. If you are discovering "ASMR" videos for the first time, their primary purpose is just to relax and almost always to send the listener to sleep.
