Thank you for trusting me, this platform, and each other here. One of you requested a video for panic attacks, and I wanted to make sure I dedicated the proper amount of time to this subject. So, I've divided it into two parts. This is Part One, which consists of a lengthy chat about the different strategies I've used over the years for my anxiety and panic attacks. It's best if these techniques are practiced in a safe space so that you're not testing them for the first time in the throws of a panic attack. They are all meant to be done gently and comfortably. Also, make sure you are in a safe place when you are practicing them. Please do not practice the breath work portion when you are driving, for example.
