ASMR Look At The... (Follow My Instructions, Visual Triggers)

Hi everyone! In tonight's video I'll be asking you to follow my instructions, in particular I'll be telling you to look at different objects and flashcards, and then asking you to switch your focus. One of my favourite triggers from eye exam videos is the part where they tell you to look at the light, now my finger, now look at the wall, etc. This video is inspired by that trigger, as well as other "follow my instructions" videos. Pour écouter tout en utilisant d'autres applis, passez le lecteur en Picture-in-Picture (PiP) pendant la lecture : il continue dans une petite fenêtre flottante (l'écran reste allumé).

Pour écouter écran complètement éteint, la lecture dans le navigateur s'arrête en raison du fonctionnement de YouTube. Ouvrez la vidéo dans l'application YouTube pour continuer à écouter là où la lecture en arrière-plan est prise en charge (par exemple avec YouTube Premium).
