I've been working hard to create the greatest relaxation experience I possible based on a number of different approaches and triggers, this video is a culmination of all of that. Focusing fully on just guiding your body to relaxation, no unique sounds or triggers just instructions to help you sleep and relax in part 1. Part 2 has a unique alternating hum for a stronger and wholer effect if the first time listening wasn't enough.
