Welcome back sleeppers! I came back with another video for you to follow the light, focus, sleep and relax. For me, this was an unknown trigger, until I saw it on the @SilverHare channel for the first time and then with @mrphoenixasmr. I found it VERY visual, and super relaxing. For some years now I have felt that sleep doesn't come as easy as it used to (please don't ask my age hahaha). And over time, watching a lot of ASMR channels and videos, I found myself a very visual person. Sound triggers are very good too, but to get to sleep, what works for me are the visual triggers, where I try to focus on something and I end up falling asleep (LOL). If you, like me, like to watch visual triggers to sleep, I believe this video can help you. Along the channel, and watching other videos, I realized that darker videos are much more enjoyable and relaxing than that white light that pops out of your eyes. It’s very uncomfortable at the same time that it keeps your brain active and will not let you sleep. I believe that the role of ASMR is to relax and help you, and not interrupt your sleep ♥ I hope you enjoy this video, have a great night's sleep, and sweet dreams. ♥ If you liked this type of video, subscribe to the channel! It helps me soooo much ♥ See ya! Instagram / tillyousleepasmr
