I love doing these types of videos, as I know they’ve helped others in the past (the subject matter), including myself. So tonight I will be doing “Hypnosis Therapy”, by using different sounds and visuals to manipulate your mind into helping “fix” your issue rather than suppressing it. I’ll be doing this by having you pause the video (unless you’re already aware with what’s causing your sadness, etc) and figuring out the issue you’re currently suffering with. I’ll then have you keep this issue constantly on your mind, and introduce certain sounds and visuals to turn the situation into something relaxing, or - easier to deal with, if you will.
