The healer uses a combination of medicinal herbs to clean the bad energy and an egg to absorb and show any maladies. The liquid that she blows to cleanse the subject is a liquor-based herbal infusion. The black material she puts on her tummy at the end is a mixture of ash and medicinal herbs with an oil base.
