Hello my sweet friends, in tonight's video I give my beautiful friend, Abi a sleepy and relaxing hand and arm treatment. Abi's job very much centres around using computers and organising systems, so her hands were feeling tired and sore. We focused on not only cleansing and hydrating her skin, but gently softening her muscles and warming her extremities aswell which can lead to good circulation through the whole body.
