I’m so sorry about the lack of uploads I’ve just been overwhelmed at the moment as you will see in the intro. I will try upload once or twice a week for now until I am less busy. Anyway hope you enjoy this video, I will be outlining your face and colouring you in!! Lots of face touching, tapping, mouth sounds and hand movements to help you get some shuteye.
