Used as a detoxification treatment & to alleviate symptoms of headaches, brain fog, & respiratory issues, Nasya is one of the more intriguing Ayurvedic treatments that I've seen. Ayurveda is the traditional Indian medicine system that's been around for over 3000 years. It has similar principles to those of traditional Eastern Asian medicines, like the concepts of marma points & channels.
