Hellooo I have just done my daily exercises and I felt a little crazy. Actually I have been feeling a little weird since morning because the day before I stayed up til 6 am playing Horizon Zero Dawn like a nerd. I woke up at 2 pm - not fun. I mean... not fun fking up your biological clock. I think it would be better to just go to bed early and then you can wake up earlier and play since morning - like a normal human and not like a freaking bat haha. Once you disrupt your biological clock your entire functioning is off - you might feel tired all the time, not wanting to do anything, basically living like a vegetable. So think twice before you decide to stay up late and sleep til afternoon. It's so much better to just wake up earlier and do it in the morning and moreover - you will feel like you have so much more time. And yes, I hope you like today's video haha. It's weird. I expect at least one perverted comment haha, that's how the internet just is xD Anyways, take care of yourself and your biological clock :) because it influences your entire functioning and the way you feel throughout the day. Pour écouter tout en utilisant d'autres applis, passez le lecteur en Picture-in-Picture (PiP) pendant la lecture : il continue dans une petite fenêtre flottante (l'écran reste allumé).
Pour écouter écran complètement éteint, la lecture dans le navigateur s'arrête en raison du fonctionnement de YouTube. Ouvrez la vidéo dans l'application YouTube pour continuer à écouter là où la lecture en arrière-plan est prise en charge (par exemple avec YouTube Premium).
