I apologize for getting this video wrong, too. I can't seem to do anything right anymore. I followed the recipe to the letter, and I still failed. The lack of gelatin caused it to not firm up, but the recipe didn't call for gelatin. I've never made cheesecake before and had no idea. Thank you to all of you who made sure to comment on this cheesecake and why it was a failure. I appreciate you taking the time to post.
