Today I’m enjoying these super delicious vanilla cupcakes — a recipe by one of my favourite vegan bloggers. https://itdoesnttastelikechicken.com/... These are a standard vanilla cupcake with a decadent vanilla butter cream frosting. I decided to top my cupcakes with some tangy lime, lemon and raspberry sherbert and a sweet Korean cracker, but they are absolutely delicious as is without any additional toppings.
