Tonight, I'll chat with you about CBT-i & some techniques used to help combat insomnia and finish with a sort of progressive relaxation hypnosis. Actually filmed this video while sleep deprived (oh, the irony) so I'm a little spacier than normal, but I hope you enjoy nonetheless :) Whooooo, the shadows were a bit weird in this video.
