ASMR for Seasonal Depression | Affirmation & Sound Therapy

Welcome back to OUR channel everyone! If you’re new here, I’d like to welcome you to our family, and I encourage you to introduce yourself below. We sound like a cult, because we probably are. As always with these therapy type videos, a small disclaimer prior states I am by no means a medical professional or trained therapist. I simply am using techniques I’ve learned during my own therapy sessions that have worked wonders. Therapies such as EMDR have used “ASMR triggers” long before ASMR had its precious name. With that being said, tonight’s video I will be using multiple techniques I’ve learned using ASMR sounds and visuals to help take your mind off of that nasty seasonal depression that usually hits around this time of year. Helping one face their fear and tuning the brain into a positive outlook on it, while learning how to deal can be very healing. Learn to live WITH your depression, not FOR it.
