Intentionally fragmented throughout this ASMR video are some brief chats about: - My own experiences with some traits associated with ADHD: impatience, perfectionism, procrastination, and impulsive behavior. I forgot to mention being forgetful, zoning out, not knowing how to relax, lying (not anymore, I swear!), and probably some others - Video games, both old and new, one of which involves pawns crash landing onto a frontier planet at the rim of space ;) - And a particular favorite lunchtime cuisine of mine I hope this helps you relax, sleep, and experience ASMR, especially if you have to cope with ADHD and/or its symptoms, whether or not you've been diagnosed with it. I've never been diagnosed with anything, mostly because I'm quite fortunate to not have any debilitating issues that prevent me from working, etc. Not to say I haven't had my share of issues. But at 51 years old (as of 2022) I've made progress. The work never truly ends though, as there's no such thing as perfection, and there's always room to improve until death do us part. Lastly, this is another example of an idea being published around a special date. Last time it was "Custodian Carl's Urinal Cakes ASMR " (https://youtu.be/OCVxvo5YS7Q) unintentionally published on National Custodian Day. This time it's the month of October being ADHD Awareness Month, which I did not realize (or forgot). So I guess we can consider this my little incidental contribution to that cause. 00:00:00 Good Now! 00:00:21 Coincidence strikes again 00:01:57 I don't know if I have ADHD, but... 00:03:35 My ADHD Assessment Questionnaire 00:06:46 Intermission 00:08:08 Questionnaire continued 00:11:12 The Last Question 00:12:03 The ADHD "Mascot" 00:16:33 Fizzy sounds (vinegar & baking soda) 00:18:52 Fan - Part 1 00:20:06 Analog push button phone - Part 1 00:22:00 Scrunchy wads of brown paper 00:23:07 Lego Atari 2600 joystick 00:24:38 Straw broom 00:26:06 Ribbed can 00:27:12 Plastic container (soft tapping) 00:28:30 Plastic gloves from that dollar store video 00:31:13 Flask of liquid 00:32:04 Metal chain / Perfectionism - Part 1 00:35:50 Wise words / DVD case tapping 00:38:32 Manual hand drill 00:40:21 Sleeve 00:42:54 ASMR trigger words 00:43:40 Red fire truck / Cowardice & Bravery 00:46:57 Measuring you / Measuring tape 00:50:49 Gear sounds (antique peeler) 00:52:56 Container of gravel / Perfectionism - Part 2 00:55:45 Trash bag - Part 2 / Shoe shine brush 01:00:10 Fan - Part 2 01:01:40 Phone - Part 2 01:04:33 White noise (old scanner radio) & Fade-out Bow down to your mechanical air circulating overlords!
