This belly massage would be great to to help with digestion and weight loss, but i also added a few other elements such as deeply working the psoas which should help ease lower back pain. I also added pressure points to help balance her energy and promote self healing. and near the end i experimented a little with light touch. Only downside to this video i used the wrong mic and sadly didnt pick up much of the massage sounds.. but still you can hear the massage well over my slowed deep breathing anyhow.
