this is my second video dedicated to hand movements, and I put into practice a lot of the things that I learned from the first one! I also incorporate the use of tweezers and a brush, as well as affirming phrases. it is intended to be relaxing and calming, such that it could be used for sleep. though it's great for any time of day! you would not believe the crazy the set up I had behind me, to try and get the background dark! 😂 maybe I'll find a way to share a pic sometime. 😉 anyway, if you like this video, like and subscribe! leave a comment with your favorite part or suggestions for future videos!
