ASMR Scalp Check with Bad Results (Dry Skin Removal, Dandruff Removal, Scalp Treatment) Medical RP

Today I will be removing most of your dry skin and extreme dandruff that you have at the back of your scalp as well as check your scalp for other areas that are affected by this condition and give you a nourishing and moisturising scalp treatment so don't worry everything will be ok and I'll be as gentle as I can. Let's get started! Firstly I start to gently remove your dry skin from the back of your scalp with my tweezers and medical instruments. Some of the areas I have to cut with my scissors and remove with my tweezers and small lice comb as they get stuck but don't worry I will be very gentle. I then check the rest of your scalp to see if you have any more dry skin areas and extreme dandruff and find that you have just a little more in parts. I then remove the extreme dandruff that you have in areas and continue to remove the excess dry skin that you have on your scalp. I remove most of it and then give you a nourishing and moisturising scalp treatment and give you a quick scalp massage to distribute it evenly. I then put your hair up with your hair clips and make an appointment with you to see you next week to continue the removal as your scalp needs to rest from all of this.
