Welcome to my ASMR video 💗 Today I’m enjoying creamy tarako udon, crispy fried shrimp, and beer! Udon is a traditional Japanese noodle dish, known for its thick, white noodles and chewy texture. This time, I made it with a rich cream sauce full of tarako, which is salted cod roe. For toppings, I added a whole piece of tarako, shredded nori seaweed, and plenty of shiso leaves. And when I say plenty of shiso… I really mean plenty!
