When you return to your dressing room, your old friend, the Phantom of the Opera, awaits for you, within the mirror... Tutoring you and helping to strengthen your voice to your full potential. Now, the Phantom wants to show you their true intentions and more. So, funny story... About 2 weeks ago (I think?) I had a bad reaction to an eye cream that I was trying out when trying a new skin care routine. It caused me to develop swelling and redness under my right eye (the eye the mask in this video is covering). With help from generous donations, I received help with obtaining a Phantom themed mask and a black cloak as part of my costume. By the time I was able to record this video though, the allergic reaction on my skin cleared up. The other story with this ASMRrp idea is that I have ALWAYS watched The Phantom of the Opera on stage, grew up going to the theater and doing so. When I was taking theater and singing lessons when I was alot younger, Christine Daae was always a figure I wanted to portray. It was a dream. It still kinda is? Oh, but I decided I am going to portray a role very few female ASMRtists (to my knowledge) have done before and that is to don the Phantom role, myself. This is my rendition and I sincerely hope you enjoy it. Note that this ASMRrp is meant to be gender-neutral, like just about all my ASMRrps, so no worries there. You can imagine yourself being either Christine OR a Christopher I suppose x3 Triggers include soft speech, mixture of whispers, minor echo audio effect, brief match lighting and candle flame, fabric rustling sounds, some visual layering, and alot of ambient sounds/soundtracks (including watery sounds). If I have forgotten something, will add it here later. NOTES: Obviously, I can't use any of the original music from the musical rendition. I decided to take various ambient sounds and make my own tracks. All the ambient sounds come from https://freesound.org/ . I put a lot of passion, love, and got completely absorbed into this video project. I feel a little embarrassed in fact with how far I felt like I went down the rabbit hole with it, but I hope it fulfills every Broadway fantasy of yours. ;3 Upload Schedule: Uploading once a week for now (Mondays OR Tuesdays only, unless otherwise delayed).
