Hello, I'm Shiro. I live in Hokkaido, Japan. I'll be sharing delicious Japanese food with all of you! Today I ate mentaiko cream spaghetti and fried shrimp. Mentaiko is fish roe marinated with chili peppers, and it has a spicy and salty flavor. Mentaiko goes really well with cream spaghetti♡ When it comes to Japanese-style pasta, I think mentaiko cream spaghetti is the classic! The sauce on the fried shrimp is lemon tartar. The refreshing flavor of lemon is perfect for fried food! Both dishes were very delicious. Please enjoy the video to the end!
