【Japanese foods】　Raw fish（Assorted Sashimi　刺身） There are eight landlocked prefectures in Japan. I live in one of those cities. But I can easily get raw fish at nearby supermarket . It’s tasty, fresh, and safe. I appreciate that Japan is a small island country:) 　Glass Noodles Salad（Chuka Sarada　中華サラダ） We call that “Chuka salad”. “Chuka” means Chinese in Japanese. I don’t know why the salad is called like that. Does Chinese like Glass Noodles? If you know the reason, please tell me! 　Grilled Chicken（Tebamoto 手羽元） Yammy! as usual.
