Cooking Mexican Cornbread Casserole! (Soft Spoken) Mixing, frying & measuring~Yummy dinner~ASMR

This is my second attempt at this Casserole. This first one was not filmed because I just wasn't sure of anything. My husband said that he didn't like how sweet it was. So here is my second attempt with an adapted recipe according to me. No sugar. I really love how it turned out! However, if you attempt this recipe as I wrote it, please keep in mind that it needs more moisture in the meat mixture. Maybe a little tomato sauce? Maybe more cheese? Definitely do not use anything but real cheese, shredded from fresh blocks of cheddar or Monterey Jack. The pre-shredded does not work in this casserole. It has preservatives in it that suck out the much needed moisture and does not melt well. One more thing....sour cream topping is an absolute must. Once I went out and bought some, the rest of the casserole was soooooo good. Remember that this is ASMR and I am not trying to teach y'all how to cook.
