On today's menu: crunchy vegan chicken nuggets with a spicy Sriracha vegan mayo! These vegan nuggets (by the brand Quorn, purchased from my local supermarket) are so much like the real thing that I used to not be able to eat them. I've since warmed up to them (and actually enjoy them now!). I just have to get out of my own mind and keep reminding myself that there is no chicken in these nuggets! The vegan mayo I used is by the brand Vegenaise - also purchased from my local supermarket. I just mixed in a little Sriracha sauce to give it some spice. As always, thank you for watching! ❤️
