This anxiety relief video should be helpful if you have anxiety about a test, project, or presentation coming up for school... or if you just struggle with academic anxiety in general, like I did! I felt compelled to make this more specific anxiety-help video because academic anxiety literally controlled my life for like 6 years. Not everyone struggles with it, but this video is specifically for those who do. It did come out a bit more ramble-y than I expected but I hope you'll still gain some insight/advice/comfort! NOTE: I am NOT a mental health professional. I'm simply someone who's dealt with this issue and discovered techniques that have personally helped me, both through therapy and my own research. Nothing can ever replace a true professional counselor so I HIGHLY encourage you to seek one out. :) Also, if you're someone who USED to struggle with academic anxiety, and now find yourself on the other side of it and doing much better, please leave a comment about it! I would have loved to find solidarity and comfort from reading stuff like that, when I was in school. 💕 P.S. I tried doing timestamps but... the video was so all over the place that I wasn't sure it was even helpful haha Until next time! ☀️Socials & Extra☀️ • Monthly exclusive videos & thank-you notes on my Patreon💕: www.patreon.com/SarahLavenderASMR • Wishlist: https://thronegifts.com/u/sarahlavender • Twitter: @lavenderasmr • Spotify: Sarah Lavender ASMR • Art Insta: @sarah.creating • Business Inquiries: [email protected] • Ko-fi☕️: ko-fi.com/sarahlavenderasmrerasmr
