How do you like them apples? Today I’m munching on some crunchy Granny Smith and Pink Lady apples. I bought these from my local Aldi the day earlier, so they were super fresh, fragrant, sweet, juicy and crunchy! The dipping sauce is a yummy concoction of tahini (sesame seed paste) mixed with a copious amount of maple syrup. Absolutely delicious and the perfect pairing for these tasty apples.
