Experimental ASMR: Shifting Paradigms | Extended for Persistent Insomnia (Soft Spoken)

In this video I will introduce you to the concept of paradigm shifting and a technique you can use to fundamentally shift your approach to life. As this is an ASMR video it includes multiple triggers for relaxation and can be used to aid sleep. This is an extended video especially for those for find it takes them longer than 30 minutes to fall asleep. The hypnosis (spoken word) part of the video lasts approximately 30 minutes as research suggests that after 30 minutes of trying unsuccessfully to fall asleep our sleep health begins to reduce. The final part of the video is a extended pink noise soundscape shown to reduce brain wave complexity and induce more stable sleep (see research below).
