Welcome Sleepers. I once made a video here for the channel where you needed to follow the light until you sleep, and I never expected it to be this many views, and this has been a while. I decided to bring this visual trigger again, but this time the environment is darker and cozier. I think the darker the room is more the trigger for you to follow the light and stay focused will work. A word of warning: the flashlight light is pretty dim.
