I made a delicious spicy hotdog topping with wasabi seaweed, teriyaki seaweed, fresh green onion, raw chopped garlic and kewpie mayo a delicious asian or more specifically japanese mayo. It was super good thanks to the solid base of nathan's all beef hot dogs, potato buns from martin's and how well it balanced with the topping. I'm thinking of making seaweed burgers now!
