I've found that spending 30 minutes a day/week (if you dont have time) writing in a mindfulness journal really helps in reminding me to focus my attention on whats around me rather than letting my mind wonder, leading to trains of thought ending in anxiety. Per ascoltare mentre usi altre app, passa il player alla modalità Picture-in-Picture (PiP) durante la riproduzione: continua in una piccola finestra mobile (lo schermo resta acceso).
