ASMR • Follow my Instructions for Sleep (Up Close Whispering & Personal Attention)

Follow my Instructions and I guarantee you'll get lots and lots of Sleep. In today's ASMR video I will be giving you a series of directions to help you relax and fall asleep. Today's main triggers will be Up Close Clicky Whispering, Personal Attention, Hand Movements and lots of Focus-based triggers. Today I will Whispering throughout the entire video, as I'll guide you through each Exercise and explain every Instruction. You'll notice the microphone is up close to me, providing us with the most tingly Clicky Whispers and Mouth Sounds. There will also moments in the video where I'll get extremely close to the mic, to make the most intense Up Close Whispering and to provide you with the most relaxing Breathy Whispers. In today's video I will repeat a few Trigger Words, I'll do lots of Counting, and I'll include some Inaudible Whispering too. And while I guide you through each Instruction with my Up Close Whispering, I'll be treating you to lots of Personal Attention and Visual Triggers. We'll start with a Breathing Exercise, where I'll be counting and guiding you to slowly inhale and exhale. I will be getting extra close to the mic for you to listen to my Breathing and mirror my slower pace. We'll scan your body and I'll check the muscles on your shoulders and face. This includes lots of soothing Face Touching, a Face Massage and a quick Scalp Massage with layered Mic Sounds. You'll also enjoy some Hair Play, since I'll be Brushing your Hair, Plucking your baby hairs away and I'll also clip your hair away from your face. This will get you ready to start Following my Directions. I will ask you to Follow my Finger around the screen while I observe your eyes. I will then ask you to stay still and blink every time I make my Finger appear on the screen. We'll then move on to a Counting Exercise, where I'll ask you to count with me. We'll be counting objects on some beautiful pictures, on which I'll be Tapping too. I will then observe your face's nerves sensitivity by lightly Touching, Tracing and Brushing your Face. As I softly Touch your Face, I'll observe any movement on the muscles of your face and your skin. I will then ask you to Follow my Finger as I Trace my Face and Hands. And last, we'll do an Intuition Test, where I'll make some sounds and ask you to guess what object you think it is. I'll be gently Tapping and Scratching on a series of materials, such as glass, plastic and wood. All these focus-based visual triggers, plus my up close personal attention to you and my clicky whispering with mouth sounds will hopefully make you feel very sleepy and will help you relax and sleep.
