Here's another fun drawing shapes video! I love how colorful it is and the simultaneous spontaneity and rhythm of it. I hope you enjoy it too! shout out to the red marker that left a spot on my finger. 😅 also shout out to the wonderful grounds crew that keeps the grass outside my apartment fresh and short. 😉☺️ this is a mostly no talking video, aside from about 5 seconds of soft counting at the very beginning. sit back and relax. soak in the visual triggers. be in the present moment. and then make intentional choices towards rest or towards work, as you need. always remember, you are Loved and Capable.
