Hello! This video has a medley of ASMR triggers. I do some slow and gentle scratching, tapping, and tracing. There are plenty of relaxing hand movements and I slowly draw with markers. I find the sounds and line-work of the markers to be quite satisfying :) I whisper and ramble throughout the video as well.
