This manual therapy session was filmed in Rostov-on-Don. It was my second visit to Artem (inst @donskoikostoprav) and this time I knew what to expect :) Kostopravs (bone setters/chiropractors) are quite popular in Russia. I'm not sure if this type of technique actually works but it was interesting to try it again. Of course this technique should be performed by a trained specialist and you should consult a qualified specialist before trying it. During the video Artem is describing his actions in detail and is giving interesting information on what's going on. At the end of the video I shared my opinion on the session.
